What we collect
If you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and message, plus your company name, phone number, and enquiry type if you include them. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to an engagement, to deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Who processes it
- Formspree, Inc. processes contact form submissions on our behalf. Submissions are transmitted to and stored on Formspree's servers, which are located in the United States. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations.
- Google serves the fonts used on this site, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers, and provides our analytics (see below).
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are located. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects device and usage information. We use this data in aggregate only and do not use it to identify individuals. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing kyle.redshaw@verdeco.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above.
